Follow the winding path. A perfect invitation into magic.

Susan says, “This is a wonderful image to use for story telling. Follow me as I take you down into … Into what?  Because the path disappears around a corner there is no telling what is in store for the listener. Do the dappled light, soft moss and the sheltering trees really indicate that this is a safe adventure. There is no obvious threat in view. But still the listener must trust enough to go down, down, down. And, of course, many a story, like Alice and the rabbit hole, are filled with twists and trickery. Maybe things are not as benign as they seem…”

Lucia says, “I love to photograph paths and stairways. They open the imagination to all sorts of things. I like Susan’s take on this photo because she nicely described my intentions to bring out a sense of mystery. I especially like the overhead view of this stairway, which makes it look like a centipede to me. What does it look like to you? What stories does it evoke?”

What would you do with an image like this. How would you use it  in a presentation? We’d love to hear your story.
