At first I was focused on the paddle boarder until I noticed the activity on the bridge. So I pulled back to include the two figures going in opposite directions. In this instant, they are each slightly beyond the middle point of the scene giving it a sense of movement. I especially like that the runner’s shirt is the only speck of bright color in the large monochromatic frame. Tomorrow I plan to post a very different treatment of movement in opposite directions. Stay tuned.
