Yesterday, I wrote at length about my experience at the Friends of Trees (FOT) gift tree planning. I mentioned how people leave the planting feeling exhilarated. Well, here’s proof. This fellow was at the end of his trek back up the hill from the planting area. He seemed delighted and happy. So I wanted to capture the carefree way he carried his shovel across his shoulders. He was moving pretty fast, so I knew I had to be quick. Glad I made it in time. Hmmm, I think I detect a bounce in his step.
