I never know what I’ll come across on as I ride my bike around town. This homemade bike with its special passenger sits on the front lawn of a normal looking house in my neighborhood. I couldn’t resist capturing taking a photo. I think it’s a strong candidate for my “Portland Unique” folder, don’t you think?
