Topsy-turvy is what comes to mind when looking at this photo. We see the whole scene of people standing on a dock, but in an unexpected fashion. The feet above the distorted reflections of torsos create a bit of tension. And, at first glance, it takes a second for the mind to decipher this upside down scene.
