Yes, I’m definitely keeping it simple with this photo. I couldn’t resist grabbing my camera after seeing this lone leaf on the walkway leading to my front door.
Drawn to Its Simplicity
As you can imagine, I was drawn to its simplicity. One leaf, that’s all. Its redness stands out against the grays of the rocky pavement. Yes, I know the rocky background is a little bit busier than I’d like, but it does add some interest to the photo. Don’t you think? Imagine a solid gray background – not so good. And so, Foto Friday continues with the reds of autumn. I wonder what next week will bring. Stay tuned.
